After the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to make payments easier and set up an online system, but the options were limited. We talked to Loïc Druenne, and he brilliantly designed this online automated payment system and adjusted it to MRG’s needs. All the documents are now uploaded to a SharePoint folder with an automatically generated payment request. We do not have to chase people for documents or signatures, as all of this is automatically generated. I personally recommend Loïc's system as it provided us with a great time-saving mechanism and greatly reduced the workload on Finance.
